Payment NOTE:  100% of monies will be collected when agreement is made for items purchased and anything custom ordered.  Service fees will be billed for shopping hours and day of decorating or redesign  at completion of project.

EXPLANATION OF SERVICES

Consultations – 2 Hours!  HIGHLY SUGGESTED!  This is your time to talk about your dreams and wish list for your home.  A generous 2 hours for us to go over anything that you may wish.  We can talk about color, one room, two rooms or the whole house.  We can go over furniture, accessories and window treatments that you have or would like to change.  By talking about everything, it can actually saves you time and money.  You will be surprised at what we can do with knowing about where you’re at, what you would like and where you would like to go.  We talk about budget, take measurements and go over details that will help us bring the design to life.  The consultation is the most important part of the project!

ReDesign – ReDesign is transforming your room/s by re-arranging your furniture and accessories to compliment your home and lifestyle.  This is a common sense way to have a cozy room that is functional and attractive.  It is affordable because ultimately you don’t need anything, we use what you already have.  But sometimes adding a few new items is like frosting on the cake.

Decorate – This is a service that involves much more than rearranging the furnishings and accessories that you already have.  A BIG change.  New color, carpet and custom drapery may be something that you may want.  A plan is made for what is needed.  A QUOTE will be given for the actual day of decorating.  Shopping is started and items are purchased.  Once any painting is done, any custom work completed and carpet is installed, then we come and put the room/s together.  NOTE:  All services: Paint, Carpet, custom drapes, custom carpentry, custom floral work, etc.  are all billed separately by the professionals completing that job?  
    
*Travel Fee – A travel fee will be incurred when distance is 40 miles or more from our location.   

Shopping - This can be a life saver!  During the consultation we may discuss certain key items that the room needs.  Or you are interested in some new furniture and/or accessories.  We can do that for you.  We have many resources and know exactly where to go for the best.  Let us find unique and interesting treasures.  Minimum 2 hours!  This fee includes: TIME, MILAGE, GAS.   NOTE:  100% of monies budgeted for items to be purchased due when agreement is made.  Shopping hours billed at completion of project.

Home Staging Consultation & Action Plan  - TEN SECONDS!  That is all it takes to make a first impression.  If you are thinking of selling your home, you may want to consider HOME STAGING.  It is preparing you home and showcasing the best features.  We are  certified with ODDAA and use a National Standardized Scoring System to evaluate and give an Action Plan.  A detailed report, providing you with a detailed check list of what is need to be done.  

Home Staging - If you so choose, we will schedule to come back after the tasks on the Action Plan have been completed and physically stage the home. 

Floral Consultation – Almost 20 years experience as a Floral Designer, I can create anything you need.  Lifelike products are a must.  Quality flower and greenery brings life and gives your home a finishing touch.  It is amazing how foliage can change the feeling in a room.

Movers/Extra Help – If there are very large items to be moved that we are unable to be move ourselves.  A couple guys will be hired to take care of that.  (To be paid by the homeowner.)  If there is a large project of multiple rooms and we need extra help to keep on schedule, someone will be hired to help.  (To be paid by the homeowner.)
